I have an academic account and I am trying to create a team, however I get the error Error creating team (user already has an active trial). Please try again.. I previously had another team which I deleted. What should I do to get around this issue?

- Your username and email address in wandb
- A screenshot of your profile that shows your teams. On the upper-right part of your screen, click Profile
