Hi there,

I’m a student, and my primary email is my university email. I’m a member of a corporate account.
However, I can’t create an academic account. I always got the error ‘Error creating team (user already has an active trial). Please try again’. I wonder what I could do.

Hello @lzhmeng1688 , happy to help. The reason why you cannot create another team is because you already belong to a Corporate Account. What you can do is to request to be removed on the said Corporate Account or delete that account if you are the creator/owner. Then you will be able to create a free single Academic Account.
