Yearly billing for stored data in academic plans

I’m part of a lab that uses WandB’s academic plan, and we’re approaching the 100GB data limit. Presently the billing for additional data usage is per-month. Unfortunately, this requires submitting arduous paperwork twelve times per year—and it’s thus more likely we’d delete data or switch providers. Would there be an option for yearly billing to mitigate the paperwork?

Hi Tristan!

My expansion team has gotten back to me and unfortunately there isn’t a way for us to do a whole year of payments right away. They really liked the idea though and I will go ahead and submit a feature request to them in order to add this feature in the future. Thank you so much for writing in and apologies for the inconvenience.
