Hello, I am university student from NTNU, Norway. I am not able to access the result of my model now that i used for research. It says I have to pay now but also mentions that it should be free with university account. when i try to login with university email with domain name it says wrong email address. however, using just the username it accepts but says incorrect password and if i say reset password it gives me the wrong email to send the password. The university is registered to wandb however i cannot login with the email.
