SKlearn v1.0 is coming out!

Sklearn, I’m sure might be one of the first, if not THE first frameworks that you found for Machine Learning.

I distinctly remember Andreas Mueller’s candid reaction when I asked him if Sklearn 1.0 might come soon, and things weren’t clear at that point-when might that happen (This was ~6 months ago).

We’ve finally reached the state where Sklearn v1.0 release candidate is ready and after years of development, the framework will “mature” to 1.0

This is a topic to discuss your top/fav features from v1.0.

More seriously: from my perspective, looks like most of the changes are fairly small. Do you have a sense for what makes this release 1.0.0?

Probably is to follow pandas/numpy

Nice, this does make it clear, thanks! Makes sense to follow what scipy did with their version 1.0 release.
