Hello,
i have exceeded the storage quota on free plan and got a notification about that. So, I cleaned some of the logged media, the blocking message disappeared but returned after a few minutes, though individual folders seem to be empty…
At the same time, on the account settings screen the storage quota seems to be fine, but I’m still locked out of accessing my runs.
Any tips on how to overcome this issue?

Hi @azubekhi , thank you for reaching out with your questions.
Once the deletion task is initiated data may take a few hours to be deleted and the storage will reflect that correctly once completed.
You should now be able to access your Run. Would you mind confirming if this is the case?
Can indeed confirm that, it takes a bit more time for large folders. Now I can access my runs without any problems.
