Unable to downgrade and got suspended - Support doesn't respond!

Hi,

I upgraded my subscription and then wanted to downgrade it.

I coudn’t find a way to do it in the UI, so I just removed the payment card, and tried to contact support@wandb.com as well as to AR@wandb.com, but I didn’t get back from none of these.

Since then, I got warnings mails from wandb, and tried to contact wandb again, without any luck.

Now, my user has been blocked and I can’t use free wandb program.

Can someone help me please?
