Transfer my account (email change)

My current email id will be deactivated soon, so I need to change the email id associated with W&B. Following the advice from this thread, I have created a new account. Can someone help me on this? (Had emailed someone from the Community team last week as well)

Hi @dsteam!

I will be happy to help you move your projects to your new account. Could you email us at support@wandb.com about this with the details of the move? Specifically:

  • The entity name of the account you want projects moved from
  • The entity name of the account you want projects moved into
  • Which projects you want moved (or if you want all)
