Summary value can not be displayed in the scalar chart / dashboard?

I define the max metric value in the code. and the summary file looks like this

  "loss_total": {
    "min": -0.7097547054290771
  },

but when i add a scalar chart panel on this metric, the value can not be displayed, which said “Select runs that logged summary:loss_total.min to visualize data in this chart.”
Is there something set wrong ?
