Exceeded 100% of tracking hours?

Hi! I have updated my account to academic which will not have a tracked hour limit, but still the runs are block and this data is very important to me. Is this because I login in with my team account? And how can I move the runs to my personal account?

Hello @liyitang22 , yes that is probably correct. You might logged to your corporate team before instead of your academic account/team. You can move your runs by checking our docs here.
