Error launching tensorboard

Hello,
I have been using wandb for a while. It a great program. but recently when i view tensorboard i found error message :

Error launching tensorboard: Error creating pod: pods "tensorboard-project-name" is forbidden: error looking up service account default/spiderweb-sa: serviceaccount "spiderweb-sa" not found

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Hello @arzeezar-l thank you for writing in and happy to help. To better understand the issue may I ask the following:

  • Briefly describe how are you trying to view tensorboard when you got the error? is it possible if you could share a screen recording?
  • Version of W&B Server you are using
  • Are you using a Service Account?

I got this error when using tensorboard dashboard in website https://wandb.ai. I don’t know about service account but I can use tensorboard till recently in free personal account.

I still can’t fix this issue. I don’t know if it account’s issue because Tensorboard in wandb tutorial also faced the same issue.
