Cannot cancel my subscription

Hi there,

There is no button in the dashboard to cancel my plan for my org. I want it to be cancelled quickly please.

What’s the point of preventing people from cancelling subscriptions except for giving a bad user experience ?

Hi there!

I will want to loop in our AR department, as this usually means that the account and payment are linked to more than the trial. It’s usually storage, but we can check on our end to be sure. We will need to move to email, so look out for an email from us. Thanks!
