W&B Outage? 11/1/2022

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody from the W&B team can confirm that there is an outage at the moment.

I’ve been having issues starting runs and it seems like other folks are having issues syncing runs with a network time out error ([CLI]: canno't sync my runs · Issue #4424 · wandb/wandb · GitHub). It’s been ongoing for about 2 hours now.

The status page is saying everything is fine - https://status.wandb.com

I had the same issue with sync and network communications at the moment.

Hi, thank you for bringing this up! We are aware of this issue and our engineers are currently working on fixing this. I’ll respond here once I receive an update from them

Thank you for your patience! Our engineers were able to push a fix for this. There’s still currently an issue regarding batch moving runs, but for the most part this issue has been resolved.
