Rate limit exceeded immediately after login dashboard - no training running

Hi,

Similarly to other posts, I am getting the “rate limit exceeded” error immediately after logging into the W&B dashboard — even though I am not running any training jobs at all.

The error message looks like this:

rate limit exceeded
An application error occurred.
Click to refresh the page.

I have tried refreshing the page multiple times but the error persists. I have no active training processes running, so I am not sure what triggered this.

Could someone from the W&B team please help reset my rate limit? I am unable to access my dashboard at all right now.
