Rate limit exeeded prevents my acess to dashboard as well as uploading runs

Hi,

since today i’ve been getting the error described in the title.
While the uploading of runs is not as of a pressing matter, the access to the dashboard is important since I need the data for my thesis that I have to hand in at latest on Monday. Because of this I hope this can be resolved quickly.

Hi,

I encounter the issue written above when trying to acess the wandb
page or uploading a run.
I already made a post on the wandb help board (mallicor is my account
name there).

Since I need the data for my thesis due on Monday at latest, I’m also
writing a mail so it might be seen faster.

Hey @mallicor, this should have been resolvd and you shouldn’t see the rate limits now.
