Files are missing from a job’s files, but appear in its artifact link.
Here are the files in my “code” folder for a job.
Going to the “Artifact link” using the “View in Artifacts” link on the same job page and going to the “code” folder source_code I’m shown all the actual files.
Note that not only is the Dockerfile.wandb missing from the parent directory, but also additional files from my Development_workspace folder given the difference in file size.
I have tried deleting and reuploading the job and artifacts and the issue persists. I have not made any changes to my artifact uploading script and have simply noticed this change yesterday resulting in failure of my launch sweeps.
Thanks for reaching out. To help troubleshoot this issue, it would be really helpful if you could grab a few log files for us:
The output.log file
The debug.log and debug-internal.log files from the ./wandb/run-date_time-runid/ folder (you’ll find these in the files and logs subfolders)
If you have access to the working directory where your experiment is running, these logs should be readily available. They often contain valuable information that can help us pinpoint what’s going on.
Also, if you could share a direct link to the workspace in question, that would be fantastic. It’ll give us some additional context to work with.
