I have a crashed run. I cannot download the logs file because the download button file is disappearing. I also cannot find the log file in Files. Is there a way to fix this bug/problem?
Hey @bakerh! Thank you for writing in. What Run are you seeing this under? Usually we do not display the download button if the run is still marked as active.

Hi, I think I have the exact same issue. The download button appears only for “Finished” runs. But if it is marked as “crashed”, the download button doesn’t appear even if the code is stopped.
Is there a way to mark “crashed” runs as inactive? Or is this a bug on the web portal?
I am facing the same issue, I am not able download the logs from a crashed run. Moreover, the output file has more that 10,000 lines, so I can not see full at all if the run is crashed.
Yes, I’m having the same problem. I really need to access early lines from my logs, but because my model crashed, downloading the logs is not an option.
Hi we also would like to download logs even if the run is still in progress, or crashed, thanks for your consideration!
