Cleared up space but still blocked

Hi,
My wandb account is blocked due to high storage usage. I used the “free up space” option and deleted manually from there most of my used GB from my artifacts.
Unfortunately, my account is still blocked and the stats

doesn’t change.
This is although the artifcats were indeed deleted. The bug can be seen from the “manage space” gui as well. When looking there on my biggest folder, for which I deleted its content, its used space is said to be 105GB when looking at it from its parent directory, but when I get inside I do see that all of its content has been deleted and it no longer contains the 105GB it did (because I deleted it from this gui).

Can anyone check it out and unblock me? I can’t work with wandb until then…
