Hi everyone, I’ve been using the platform for a bit and ran into something that’s been slowing me down.
While tracking runs and monitoring logs, I’ve noticed that the dashboard occasionally lags or doesn’t fully sync updates in real time. Sometimes metrics take longer than expected to appear, and in a few cases, I’ve had to refresh multiple times just to see the latest changes. It’s not consistent either, which makes it harder to pinpoint what’s causing it.
While trying to troubleshoot, I ended up testing a few things alongside a windows app just to compare how things behave across different setups, and it made me wonder if the issue might be tied to system performance, browser handling of real-time data, or even background processes interfering with updates.
I’m also curious if this could be related to network stability, large experiment logs, or how sessions are maintained during longer runs. Has anyone else experienced delayed syncing or dashboard lag like this? If so, did you find any reliable way to fix or reduce it?
