I was using wand sweep and noticed its results differ widely from single runs. My situation is pretty similar to the problem mentioned here, Only I’m just using grid search.

What version of wandb are you currently on? How many runs do you want the grid search to cover? Could you please send me your sweep config as well as the wandb workspace where you have seen the behavior happen in?
