Rate limit

Hi there,

I encountered the issue of wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 155.0 seconds.), retrying request so that I cannot sync my experiments anymore. I searched the web and it seems that I am blocked due to rate limit. Could you please raise the rate limit for me? Thanks!
