Offline runs not displaying in web interface

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I’ve encountered while using wandb for offline run logging and visualization. I have followed the documentation and community advice, but I am currently unable to see my offline runs in the wandb web interface.

Operating System: distant server, from which i start my code and server has Linux, my computer is Windows

I have taken the following steps to diagnose and address the issue:

  • Confirmed that the project exists and is selected in the web interface.
  • Checked the timestamps of the run directories and log files, which appear to be correct.
  • Ensured that the wandb local server is running on the specified port
  • Reviewed the wandb documentation and community advice.
  • Enabled debugging by setting WANDB_DEBUG=true, which did not yield any additional information.

I can successfully access the web interface at the local URL tunneling ports through ssh.
Please let me know if you require any additional information or logs to diagnose the issue further.

Are you trying to sync your offline runs to the public cloud or are you looking more at the local deployment?

What version of wandb are you currently on?

I need to configure only local deployment due to my company policy. Wandb version is 0.15.10
