How to remove myself from a team?

I don’t have admin access to a team and want to remove myself from the said team. There are other admin users, but say I can’t communicate with them, how to remove myself?

Hi @sai_prasanna, an admin would have to remove you but if you would like I can remove you from a team? I see that you are a part of two teams, which one would you like to be removed from?
