Change logger handler - part 2

Hi,
I’m interested in overriding the default logging handler in the wandb initialization phase. This is something that has been asked before here but it has been 2.5 years and I was wondering if
a) anything is changed;
b) if you can provide some code samples of doing so.

Could you please talk a bit about what you are interested in achieving by overriding the logging hander in the wandb init phase? Is there something you are interested in?
