# Unable to create an academic team after deleting an old one

I have an academic account and I am trying to create a team, however I get the error `Error creating team (user already has an active trial). Please try again.`. I previously had another team which I deleted. What should I do to get around this issue?

2. A screenshot of your profile that shows your teams. On the upper-right part of your screen, click Profile
