# Request failed put storage.googleapis

Hello, I’m running wandb, but it never manages to upload some files. The following message appears in the log:

- “level”:“ERROR”,“msg”:“request failed”,“error”:"Put "[https://storage.googleapis.com/wandb-production.appspot.com/](https://storage.googleapis.com/wandb-production.appspot.com/)

- dial tcp 0.0.0.0:443: connect: connection refused",“method”:“PUT”,“url”:"[https://storage.googleapis.com/wandb-production.appspot.com/](https://storage.googleapis.com/wandb-production.appspot.com/)

I’m running wandb version 0.19.4
