# NEED HELP: wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded)

wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 2.1 seconds.), retrying request  
wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 4.3 seconds.), retrying request  
wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 10.0 seconds.), retrying request  
wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 17.0 seconds.), retrying request  
wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 38.2 seconds.), retrying request  
wandb: 429 encountered (Filestream rate limit exceeded, retrying in 70.7 seconds.), retrying request

Could you please help me to increase the Filestream rate limit of my account?

Good day and thank you for reaching out to us. Happy to help you on this!

We have experienced some issues during the weekend that affected some of our users and this caused the rate limit issues. We have fixed this now and you should be able to continue logging experiments in wandb.
