I can't verify my academic email!(can't receive the verification email)

I signed up with my google email before, and now i am going to Apply for a free W&B academic account, so I add the school-issued email. However, after I click the button to resend verification, I still cannot receive the email. So I stuck in this step for 2 days and dont know how to deal with it

Now I delete the email and add it back again. when I add an academic email, I write in the email address and password for it.

Still I click the Resend verification but no mail received

Just to triple-check, have you checked for the email in your spam folder?

Are you able to CC your academic email into this thread and confirm you have access to it by replying from it in here?

It’s possible that my academic email is blocking your emails. Is this situation possible to be solve in some way?

Yeah, it looks like your Edu email server might be blocking emails from us.

Could you please use your academic email to write to support@wandb.ai, and please mention this thread?

I am seeing your organization. I have a feeling that your school is blocking any wandb-related emails, as well as not sending them to us either.

I have unblocked your team and turned it academic so you can start making runs. In the meantime, are you able to try and send an email to artsiom.skarakhod@wandb.com from your academic email?
