# Charts in workspace is delayed

Hi, from last night, the update of chars in the workspace is delayed sometimes.
When I run an experiment, I can directly access the run via the url like `https://wandb.ai/xxx/xxx/runs/8g0zooj8`
But I cannot find this run in the workspace dashboard.
After about 20 mins, it appears, but the data is not up-to-date.
For example, If i go to the url, i can see that my experiments is at step 3000, but the data in the workspace dashboard is at step 1000.

Hi @geoffrey-chen thanks for reporting this issue. We experienced a delayed processing time of runs around the time you reported this incident. Our Infra team investigated and fixed the issue, so it should be now working for you. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing this.
