# Chane my username && cannot delete billing account

could you help me change my user name to chris or whatever or delete my user account? My user name is peiyuwang1997.

Hello @peiyuwang1997 , thank you for writing in and happy to help. Changing username is currently not supported but you can delete your account by going to your Profile\>User Settings. There is a Delete Account button with caution there if you are really sure in deleting it since it will not be reversed.

however I cannot delete account by this way since it says it is a billing account. Could u delete it for me?

hi @peiyuwang1997 , you should now be able to delete your account from your user’s settings.

Please let us know if any further help is needed.
