# ArtifactSaver.commitArtifact: returned error 404 Not Found

i’m getting:

ArtifactSaver.commitArtifact: returned error 404 Not Found: {“errors”:[{“message”:“failed to find creator of QXJ0aWZhY3Q6MTczNTgyOTQxNg==”,“path”:[“commitArtifact”]}],“data”:{“commitArtifact”:null}}  
artifact.wait()

pip list | grep wandb  
wandb 0.19.11  
wandb\_carbs 0.0.8  
wandb-core 0.16.0b1

happens with different accounts, and i tried downgrading wandb and wandb-core. started happening today, was working fine before
